About this program

NGAMMY LLC dba Realtyshoot ("Realtyshoot", "we", "us") operates inbound call handling for its business clients. When you telephone one of our client business numbers and your call is not connected to a person — for example you reach voicemail — we send you a single text message to the number you called from, acknowledging the missed call and offering a callback.

How you consent to receive messages

Consent is established by you initiating contact. By placing a voice call to one of our client business numbers, you consent to receive a reply text message at the number from which you called.

We do not purchase, rent, import, append, or otherwise obtain phone numbers from third parties, and we never send messages to a number that has not called us first. There is no marketing list and no subscription to join.

Message frequency

One message per missed call. We do not send recurring, promotional, or scheduled messages. If you never call us again, you will never receive another message from us.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Realtyshoot does not charge you for these messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you for sending or receiving SMS according to your plan.

How to opt out — reply STOP

Reply STOP to any message from us to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages from that number. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.

Opting out of texts does not prevent you from calling us, and it does not affect any other service you receive.
